Building muscle gives you your shape.
If lifting weights sounds like something for the men in the free weights section, that assumption has held a lot of women back from the results they actually want. You are not going to end up looking like a male bodybuilder. Female physiology simply doesn't work that way. What building muscle does is build the shape and tone most women are training for in the first place: the tighter waist, the more defined glutes, the toned legs. That's why you're seeing more women pick up real weights instead of doing hours of cardio on the stepper, and it's why building muscle sits at the centre of what I coach.
This isn't
for everyone.
I've spent 20+ years training and competing. Two titles. Top six at the British finals. Self-taught, self-researched, stage-tested. I've built a system that gets real results in strength, muscle, definition and fat loss without living in the gym six days a week, but it only works if you actually do it.
That means:
- You train a minimum of 3 times a week, on the schedule we build together
- You eat what's on the plan, properly meal prepped, or approved prep meals
- You take the supplements I set, on schedule
- You follow the rest and recovery protocols, not just the training
